The outdoor LUMINARIA event is open to the general public, however, guests should consider the following important details regarding the event.

The event will take place on Thursday, May 29th on the beautiful gardens outside at the Aqua Turf Club located at 556 Mulberry Street in Southington (ample parking is available onsite).

Guests should plan to arrive between 6:45pm – 7:45pm to view the luminaria bags before the sun sets at 8:15pm and the bags are illuminated!  The event will end at 9pm.

While the outdoor LUMINARIA display is open to the public, Empower will host an intimate, private viewing of the LUMINARIA display at The Aqua Turf from 6:30 – 10:00 pm.  Hosted by NBC Connecticut’s Bob Maxon, this special event brings our community together through inspiring stories of loss, love and resilience. Guests will enjoy a cocktail-style reception with complimentary food stations and a cash bar featuring select sponsored wines and spirits provided by Worldwide Wine & Spirits.

Guests will view the public display of LUMINARIA at sunset in the gardens outside Aqua Turf Club.
